How do I place an order?
You can place your order very easily. You just need to choose whether your purchase contains a sole product, or multiple ones.
For sole-product purchases :
- Step 1 : On the desired item’s page, choose the quantity and click on “Buy it now”.
- Step 2 : Fill in your information : email, phone number, payment method, address, etc.
- Step 3 : Click on “complete order”
For multiple-product purchases :
- Step 1 : Add the desired item(s) by clicking on “add to cart”.
- Step 2 : Click on the “cart” button to review the selected item(s) and make any necessary changes. Then, click “check out”.
- Step 3 : Complete shipping and billing information.
- Step 4 : Fill in the payment information and click on “complete order” button to complete the purchase.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We operate a no-refund policy. This means that we do not accept returns or cancellation after you finalize your purchase. Also, for hygienic purposes, we do not provide compensation or replacement items.
What is the delivery time for my order?
At Fantasia, we make every effort to ensure that the items chosen by our customers are delivered quickly and efficiently to guarantee their satisfaction.
For shipments in Morocco, the delivery can take up to a week, depending on the item and the location of our customers, while taking into consideration factors that can delay your order such as the volume of the order and the time of year (Eid, Black Friday, the season, etc).
For international shipments, please refer to the check-out page. There, you will find approximate delivery time depending on your particular country.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, Fantasia offers two payment methods for your convenience :
- Online payment by credit/debit card.
- Cash on delivery.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees are 29 dh for orders within Morocco.
We offer free delivery for orders above 599 dh.
How can I check that my purchase has been completed?
Once the payment process is finalized, you must receive in your email inbox the confirmation and the order’s details.
If you do not receive any confirmation, please check your spam folder. Please contact us if the confirmation email is not found.
